Frequently Asked Questions about Labour Y

What do we want?

To us, its simple. We want disengaged young people to get "supported" employment opportunities.

Why do we want to do that?

Well, we believe that young people deserve better, our communities deserve better, and our welfare system needs a break!

Now to do that, we need to do two things - support the young person, and support the employer.

So what do we do?

We offer free soft skills, and leadership training to organisations in return for "supported" jobs for young people.

What do we do for the young person?

We provide housing, transportation, training, medical assistance, essentials (clothes, food, etc.), and anything else they need.

What do we get in return?

We are a registered charity. Our purpose is not to profit from this initiative. Our purpose is to better lives.

So, what's next?

Lets connect and see how we can add value to each other while making a genuine difference to young people's lives.
