We understand each person will have their own unique story, and everyone’s wellness journey's will vary, which is why our virtual activity classes cater to all levels. There are no expectations in Club W, which is why we’ve created programs and tools designed to support, inspire, empower and motivate you to reach your own unique goals. You write the story, and we’ll provide the space, support and programs to facilitate it.

What We Offer

A Second Home - Club W offers a warm and accepting space, which is cosy, yet modern and created with you in mind. All aspects have been carefully curated to enhance your wellbeing and comfort. In addition to our contemporary facilities, our community is what makes Club W so special. As soon as you walk through the door, you’ll feel right at home again.  

Wellness Space - Relax in our Wellness Lounge, which provides a space to relax, recharge and connect with others. Help yourself to our selection of carefully hand-picked teas, whilst you flick through one of many lifestyle magazines available. Our lounge is fitted with a state of the art air purifier that removes toxins from the air, in addition to our world famous O2 Breathing Chair. This is your time to unwind, and rejuvenate.

Virtual Activity Classes - Club W offers a variety of virtual activity classes, catered to all levels and interests. Classes include Yoga, Pilates, Stretching, Dance, Barre and Meditation. Our Virtual Activity Rooms have neon LED lighting, state of the art screens in addition to extra equipment (barre balls, bands, dumbbells etc.) if you’d like to further challenge yourself. Our Virtual Activity classes are always being refreshed and updated, and are tailored to get your body moving, blood flowing, and endorphins releasing.

Active Education Area - At Club W, we believe in taking the holistic approach to health and wellbeing, so we’ve set up our signature Mind123 content to play in our Active Education Area. This area is not only equipped with treadmills, cross-trainers and bikes, but whilst you’re on the move, you can tune in to either satellite TB or better yet, our Health and Wellbeing series. Our short Active Education series provide insights from leading topic experts, ranging in nutrition, beauty, health, wealth and more.

Strength Zone - Our Strength Zone is an area where you can work on toning and strengthening, both your mind and body. This studio is equipped with benches, dumbbells, kettlebells and more, in addition to virtual classes which you can incorporate these weights with. If you’re new to strength training, we also provide a range of informational handouts including functional weighted movements you can do and correct form & posture techniques. We’ll also be rolling out new video content for weighted exercises in the coming months.

Lifestyle Specialists - The unique advantage members get when joining Club W, is they have access to a variety of complimentary taster sessions with our resident Lifestyle Specialists. These sessions run each month and members can gain a deeper understanding into a variety of lifestyle and wellbeing areas, including benefits on how it can be applied to your personal and/or health situation. These taster sessions are free of charge to our members, completely private and take place in our specialised consultation rooms within Club W. Massage Therapy - Club W offers weekly Massage Therapy sessions with our resident Masseuse. These take place in our designated Massage Therapy Room within Club W and sessions last 50 minutes. These sessions are the perfect way to leave Club W feeling refreshed and relaxed. 


Events and Workshops - Club W offers a fantastic range of member and non-member events and workshops, which are free of charge and a great way for those who are interested in joining Club W to get a feel for the club. Club W events are a great way to meet other members, share stories and experiences, and learn about new health and wellbeing insights that you can integrate into your life.
